Logjam is a short gay forestry sim about a burly lumberjack chopping wood on a hot summer day.

Install instructions

AUTOMATIC INSTALL AND PATCHING: get this game through the Itch.io app https://itch.io/app

WINDOWS .ZIP INSTALL:

  1. Unzip all files and keep any folders intact.
  2. Double-click on "logjam_windows.exe" to play.
  3. If there is a "Windows Smartscreen" pop-up, then:
    1. Click "More Info" button
    2. Click "Run Anyway" button

MACOS .DMG INSTALL:

  1. Open the .dmg and drag "Logjam.app" into your Applications folder.
  2. Double-click on "Logjam.app" to play.
  3. If there is an "Unidentified developer" pop-up, then:
    1. Ctrl+click or right-click on the app, select "Open"
    2. Click "Open" again.
  4. If there is a  "The application... can't be opened" pop-up, then:
    1. Make sure the .app is in the Applications folder
    2. In Terminal, run something like: chmod +x /Applications/Logjam.app/Contents/MacOS/* (This changes "chmod" settings to give yourself execute access ("+x"))
  5. If all this fails, then just use the official itch app instead, which can download games and fix file permissions for you.

LINUX: I don't have a Linux machine so I haven't actually tested it. It'll probably work ok, but also, sorry in advance.
